At K11 Synergy Sdn Bhd, we strive to provide the best karaoke experience possible. Please carefully read our cancellation and refund policy below before making a booking.
Non-Refundable Services
All bookings and ticket purchases for karaoke room services are strictly non-refundable and non-deferrable after the 24-hour cancellation window. Once the booking has been confirmed, no refunds will be provided, and customers are not entitled to defer or transfer their booking to another date.
Changes to Reservations
Changes to reservation dates or times may be accommodated depending on availability. All change requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Any changes requested less than 48 hours prior to the booking may not be accommodated, and additional charges may apply.
No Refund Policy
Please note that once the allowable cancellation period has passed, no refunds will be issued for any reason. This policy applies to all bookings made through our website, mobile app, or in-store.
